Testimonies

*** I spoke with literally hundreds of people over the course of the weekend. Not a negative one in the bunch. I saw many people come to the realization that an unborn child IS a human being. One example that stands out in my mind is that I saw a few very young girls walking around with buttons they had been given at the Planned Parenthood booth that said “SAFE SEX IS SEXY”. We are talking about little girls in the neighborhood of 10 – 13 years old. A group of about 6 or 7 of them walked by our booth and I invited them to look at the baby models. They were totally taken by the display. I gave them all rubber babies to take with them as well as development charts etc. Not long afterward they came back with more of their friends and were very excited about what they had learned and wanted their friends to see too. I also noticed they had ditched the Planned Parenthood buttons. It is totally awesome to see Gods hand at work. There is absolutely nothing that compares.

*** When our volunteers attended the Bates fair in April one woman came up to them and shared, "if only you’d have been here six weeks ago I wouldn't have had an abortion". Our worker did what she could to comfort her and referred her to post abortion counseling.   This only proves all the more that our presence and efforts in our communities are needed!

Davin and Glenda Wiffler went to the Eatonville Health Fair in May. A Christian man in his late 20's shared how he had fathered a child at 15 and how this baby enriched his life and he could not be happier that has has this daughter, which has blessed him. We got to meet his daughter and she was helping him in an outreach ministry through his church. He was happy to be a father and we got to meet his teenage girl.

A pastor from the town stated during his time as a pastor has counseled so many hurting women that had abortions and wished that they could turn back the time and not have aborted their babies.  Many families said they were happy we were there and asked if we would come back next year. Our answer is yes, we will.

Davin Wiffler and a volunteer went to TCC's Health Fair, surrounded by women in training for nursing and medical students.  About 65 people stopped to talk. One was a pregnant woman. Many saw the facts of fetal development and all said they liked the booth. One man asked how he could help us in Pro-life. We were told that they were happy we were there.  The facts of life were shared with many and a few men also stopped to look and ask questions. Some women stopped and held the unborn baby models and laughed or smiled. One woman about to be a nurse said, "How can they say it is not a baby?"

You can help us share Pro-life truths and values in our state and volunteer or donate your money or time.
Each year it has gotten better and better for LIFE, you can make a difference in our community and Pierce County.
